What the Select Network is
OJO Labs built a technology and concierge model that learns a consumer's readiness, goals, communication preferences, and desired property before making a warm agent introduction. Today, many public-facing materials use the Movoto Select Network name, while older articles and help pages still refer to the OJO Select Network.
Consumers receive a local agent plus continued concierge support. The network says it verifies licensing, experience, transaction history, and customer outcomes. It does not simply sell every inquiry to a broad list of agents.
Fees, requirements, and availability
Ask whether the opportunity comes through OJO, Movoto, or another affiliate, and obtain the actual fee, referral period, status-update obligations, and team rules in writing.
How it works
- A buyer or seller engages with Movoto or OJO and is nurtured through digital tools and concierge conversations.
- A representative confirms goals, location, timing, and the kind of agent the consumer prefers.
- The network selects a vetted local agent rather than broadcasting the contact widely.
- The concierge continues to support the consumer, collect feedback, and monitor the introduction.
- The participating brokerage pays the agreed referral fee if the referred relationship closes.
Best fit and tradeoffs
- Experienced full-time agents: The stated production threshold is designed to exclude newer and part-time agents.
- Responsive agents with strong outcomes: Customer feedback and transaction performance affect continued fit.
- Agents who value a warm introduction: Concierge context can make the first conversation more specific than a raw portal lead.
- Teams that can wait for capacity: Enrollment or additional seats may pause when consumer demand does not support more agents.
The combination of nurturing, human qualification, and continued customer support is a strength. The main concern is current transparency: brand names, agent capacity, and fee terms have evolved, so older OJO information should not be treated as a fresh contract.
Referral Model verdict
The Movoto Select Network is a credible channel for experienced agents who want concierge-qualified clients, but it is not currently easy to price or join from public information. Evaluate it only with the current agreement in hand. A fee near 35% can still work for a well-qualified referral, but it must be measured against conversion and net commission.
